Choose actions by customer intent
A first-time visitor may need services, service area, reviews and an estimate. A returning customer may need scheduling, payment or a direct call. Use short button labels and place the most important action first.
- Add the public business name and a specific description.
- State the service area or hours in the details field.
- Add the full website, calling, estimates, scheduling and payment destinations you actually use.
- Use a recognizable logo and high-contrast colors.
- Publish and test on both cellular and Wi-Fi connections.
Do not place private customer information in the app. The published page is meant for public-facing business information. Use appropriate secured systems for estimates, payments, records and appointments.
Add a full information website when needed
The app page is intentionally compact. If customers need service descriptions, before-and-after photos, FAQs, policies or detailed sales material, create the full website from a DOCX with DOCXWebsite and add it as the main Website button.
